In the era of new cultural challenges and the collapse of some value systems in modern societies, Islamic education has gained additional importance as a strategic tool in strengthening the religious and national identity of the young generation. Among the prominent elements emphasized in Islamic teachings is the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom; a culture that was institutionalized and systematically crystallized in the discourse of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and has also been reflected in the country's legal structure. This research, using an analytical-descriptive method and an interdisciplinary approach, examines the role of Islamic education in institutionalizing the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom in the young generation, and at the same time, it analyzes the legal dimensions of this category by focusing on the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, related institutions, and jurisprudential concepts. The main purpose of the article is to explain the educational and legal mechanisms that can lead to the sustainable internalization of the value of sacrifice and martyrdom in young people. The findings show that the connection between the Islamic educational system, cultural institutions, and the foundations of public law will pave the way for the formation of a morally-oriented, duty-oriented, and responsible identity in the young generation. As a result, the article emphasizes that institutionalizing the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom is not merely a symbolic matter, but also requires the design of precise legal and educational mechanisms in the country's educational, cultural, and legislative systems.
