Given the importance of realizing the goals of the Second Step Manifesto of the Islamic Revolution, which emphasizes educating a young generation who are faithful, creative, just, and resilient, this study aims to examine the role of media literacy and digital education in realizing these goals in the Iranian education system. The theoretical background of the study is that the Second Step Manifesto considers education responsible for educating students who can be resilient and intelligent in the face of the challenges of the new era, especially the threats of cyberspace and soft war, and who, relying on Islamic and national values, become contributors to the new Islamic civilization. The research method was descriptive-analytical and based on the study of upstream documents and content analysis of the Second Step Manifesto of the Revolution. The findings show that improving students' media literacy and digital education not only increases their analytical power, critical thinking, and immunity to cyberspace damage, but also lays the groundwork for strengthening religious and national identity, fostering creativity, and creating hope in the young generation, and facilitating the fulfillment of the key missions of education in the Second Step Declaration. The research conclusion indicates that the targeted integration of media literacy and digital education into school curricula, with the support of teachers and families, can be considered as a fundamental strategy for realizing the goals of the Second Step Declaration of the Islamic Revolution and educating a generation equal to the Islamic Revolution.
