Following the recent 12-day hybrid war, which combined military, media, cyber, and psychological dimensions, the need to reexamine the role of Islamic education and the rights of self-defense in confronting new threats is felt more than ever. The present study aims to analyze the educational and legal dimensions of this war and analyze the representation of Islamic education teachings in its context. The research method is qualitative and based on documentary, interpretive, and comparative analysis. Data were collected and analyzed from jurisprudential sources, international law, official statements, and media representations. The findings show that Islamic education teachings, with an emphasis on concepts such as explanatory jihad, patience, sacrifice, and social responsibility, have played an effective role in strengthening religious identity and national cohesion in times of crisis. Also, the legal analysis of the recent war shows that Iran's defensive actions are justified within the framework of the principle of self-defense in Islamic jurisprudence and Article 51 of the United Nations Charter. The media representation of the resistance, especially in the education of the younger generation, has provided an opportunity for the institutionalization of religious and national values. As a result, the combination of Islamic education, the right to self-defense, and media literacy can provide a strategic model for a civilization-building confrontation with future hybrid wars.
