The rapid expansion of digital media and its intertwining with everyday life has turned children's media life into a fundamental phenomenon that has had profound effects on the process of education and the realization of their fundamental rights. In such circumstances, traditional models of education are being challenged and the need to rethink legal and educational frameworks is felt more than ever. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the three components of "children's rights", "digital education", and "media life", focusing on how to redesign the education process in order to protect children's rights in the digital age. The present research examines the theoretical and practical dimensions of this interaction using a descriptive-analytical method and using Islamic sources, international documents such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and new media studies. The findings show that the media life, while providing opportunities for the child’s cognitive and social development, creates serious challenges in the areas of privacy, identity, and mental health. Therefore, the article presents a proposed model for media-oriented education based on the rights of the child that comprehensively integrates the three dimensions of morality, parental authority, and child freedom in the light of Islamic teachings and global requirements. The results of the research can be the basis for cultural, educational, and legal policies in Islamic societies to responsibly confront the digital world.
