In the present era, the increasing spread of digital technologies and the penetration of cyberspace in various aspects of human life have transformed the traditional concept of privacy and created new challenges in the legal and jurisprudential arena. Although numerous legal laws have been passed to protect personal data, the ineffectiveness of these regulations in dealing with complex cyber threats and the neglect of the ethical and educational dimensions of the issue necessitate a review of governance approaches. The purpose of this research is to analytically examine the legal and jurisprudential challenges of protecting personal data in cyberspace, with a special focus on the educational consequences of violating this privacy. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on a library study of jurisprudential, legal sources, and authoritative articles. digital privacy violation is not only a legal crime, but also a destructive factor for mental health, reducing social trust, and causing serious educational harm, especially among the younger generation; because it is in direct conflict with the fundamental principles of Islam such as the sanctity of surveillance, the preservation of honor and human dignity. Also, the legal gaps in the Iranian legal system have facilitated the possibility of data misuse and weakened the moral responsibility of stakeholders. Finally, this article concludes that an effective solution for managing the privacy crisis is to combine legal hardware approaches with educational and cultural software considerations in order to strengthen executive guarantees and pave the way for the development of committed and ethical digital citizens.
